At Black Dog Tavern we are proud to say that all of our fryers, coatings, and batters are gluten-free. This allows us to offer many menu staples as gluten-free options so all to enjoy.

Our Story
We are a family of locally-owned and operated restaurants located downtown, in Kingston Ontario’s Historic Farmer’s Market district. We are known for creating memorable dining experiences, with diverse menus and inviting atmospheres. We prioritize culinary excellence and genuine hospitality. We are actively engaged with our community, supporting multiple local initiatives and events.
Our restaurants are Ocean Wise seafood partners recommended by the Vancouver Aquarium.
We are members of Sustainable Kingston and are Certified Taste of Ontario establishments.
